Cancellation & Refund Policy:

·  Cancellation before 15 days of arrival: No retention will be charged.

·  Cancellation between 15 to 03 days of arrival: 25% retention will be charged.

·  Cancellation from 03 days of arrival or No Show: 100% retention will be charged.

·  In Case, the guest is not able to check in, they can give prior information for the same 03 days before check in,

   then the booking dates can be amended, but no refund will be offered.
